2025 State of the Podcast
Welcome to our very first State of the Podcast episode as we reflect on the first year of this show and everything we have planned for its future. We begin with assessing the numbers from 2024, and we are extremely proud of the 2,082 downloads from our 43 episodes. We unpack everything we’ve learned as first-time podcasters, the changes we’ve made due to listener feedback, how both of our histories and personalities have influenced The Coaching Equation, and what surprised us as business veterans being podcasting newbies. We’d also like to give a huge shout-out to Alison for holding down this show – it couldn’t be done without you – and after detailing what we have planned for 2025, we also remind ourselves of why they pour our hearts and souls into this podcast.

0:47 And welcome to the State of the Podcast episode, our very first State of the Podcast episode. This was really a fun episode for us to record because we had the opportunity to sit down with each other for the very first time since we launched the podcast and really look back on the last year at everything that we learned at the guests that we had on at the big wins. the different stats associated with the podcast, all of the feedback that we got from you, our amazing listeners during the year. This is an episode that's actually packed with a whole lot of learnings and nuggets. And these are not just musings and reflections from us, but there's so much in here that you can take and do something with.
1:33 I'm really excited for you to listen to this episode, and I'm especially excited to hear more of your feedback on the podcast in 2025 because we've got a whole lot of amazing stuff planned, which is the second part of the podcast as we dig into everything that you can expect from us in the upcoming year here on The Coaching Equation. So with all that said, let's dig in. This is episode 35, State of the Podcast Update here on The Coaching Equation Podcast. Welcome back to the Coaching Equation Podcast. I'm your host, Ryan Lang, CEO and co-founder of Empire Partners, alongside my co-founder and co-host, Rick Bishop. Hey, brother. What? What's going on?
2:13 This is going to be an exciting episode today because we are going to do... This is the state of the podcast address. Four score and seven years ago. I mean, not seven years ago and not four score either. But needless to say, we kind of thought it would be fun to just jump on here today and spend some time really talking through some of the things that happened on the podcast this year. Some of the learnings that we had, some of the things that are in store for the podcast in 2025, some of the things that you told us about the podcast and some things that maybe you don't know. about the podcast. So that's where we're headed today. I want to dive in first, just on some really simple stats.
2:56 I'm going to lay these at you really quickly. But I want to say before I even speak the stats that I'm going to speak here, which will be brief. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for all of the episodes that you've downloaded, for all of the listening that you've done, for all of the feedback that you've given. These stats are because of you. If you're listening to this right now, we want to just let you know how much we appreciate you. And we'll talk a little bit more about that. I was just about to say you're welcome. Yeah. And thank you too there, buddy. But we wouldn't have been able to do this without you. We currently sit at 2,046 downloads on the podcast as of today, which is super awesome. It feels really good to have crossed that 2,000 threshold.
3:37 We're just seeing that the numbers are accelerating, which is great. And we would love to accelerate those numbers even more in 2025. So please do continue to share the podcast out, especially the episodes that you find to be that you do that, the more we can grow this thing. So yeah, 2046 downloads as of today, published 43 episodes since the launch of the podcast. So in 2024, 43 episodes, that's pretty awesome. That feels really... That's wild. Isn't it crazy? It's crazy thinking back because it's like, wait, we did that many episodes? It's like, in my mind, I'm like, I remember the last three? Yep.
4:18 Right. That's super cool how when time passes and it's just like when you're diligent, it's like before you know, it's like, holy crap, that's a lot of episodes. Yeah, it really is. I'm proud of that 43. And the other cool part relative to stats is while this in and of itself is not a stat, it certainly added to the 43 episodes that we put out. And that was the addition of the Fast Five for Friday. So if you're listening to this and you're like, whoa, what's Fast Five for Friday? That is our short form episodes that we put out every single Friday. And those episodes just kind of highlight five ahas, learnings that we've had throughout the week. And depending on the time of year, sometimes we kind of, you know, we throw in themes and stuff like that. I had some fun with that around the holidays.
4:59 If you haven't yet listened to the one that's capped off our learnings for 2024... make sure you go grab that. Again, these are all super easy to digest. They're 10 minutes quick poppers. That was a really fun one and it was great to implement. Yeah, those are good for our high D listeners. That's exactly right. I just need it quick, fast, furious. Give me the goods. Light me fast, baby. That's right. That's right. So let's get into kind of the things that we learned in 2024 on the Coaching Equation podcast. Brooke, why don't you kick us off with this one, man? Yeah, for me, it's interesting because before we got into this, in my mind, I'm like, oh, launching a podcast. That's probably super easy. It's like we're just talking and then, you know, put it on your podcast channel.
5:40 Right. Little did I know. Way more involved than just simply, I'm going to launch a podcast. And I think it was interesting because I, I mean, I'm sure you probably hear this all the time too, right? The amount of people we hear that go, oh, I'm going to launch a podcast this year. I'm going to launch my podcast. I'm going to launch my podcast. I can see now why so many people throw in the towel. Yeah. Because A, it's way more work than I think we, than I had anticipated going in. B, I don't remember what the numbers were. I know Allison gave us the stats, but I think it's people do what, three or four episodes and then they give up? Then they bounce. Yeah. And I can see why that would be the case, especially if somebody was doing this solo in a vacuum, just talking to the camera on their own.
6:24 It's like, what the heck am I going to continue talking about? I mean, when you do 43 episodes, we learned quite a bit, but there was, it's interesting. Getting strategic before we got into the game, I think was really, really important for us. So... Yeah, I agree with that. And to tie into that, I think really the willingness to invest accelerated that process for us. Because here's the deal. I've had the experience of doing this on my own and a podcast, to your point, it's funny. I kind of think a podcast is one of those things. It's sort of like this is the year I'm going to get fit. Yeah. And you hear, you know, like you have those people and every time you see them, they're like, oh, yeah, you know, well, podcast is coming soon.
7:08 And in fairness, like you're listening to this right now and you're kind of hanging your head a little bit or like, oh, yeah, that's me. We did it. We totally did it. And the truth is that if we had not had some experts and ass kickers alongside us to get this thing off the ground, we would probably still be sitting here talking about it instead of talking on it. And I think number one, it was the willingness to invest with our partner that did all of the work on our podcast at the beginning, which was We Edit Podcasts. They're a partner of ours. We highly recommend them. We'll throw a link to WeEdit in the show notes for you. But look, these guys did all the things that we didn't have the time to do.
7:51 I had the background of understanding how to do it, but it was just the time. That was the biggest hurdle for me. And they did an amazing job. And having that skin in the game, I mean, it's like anything else, dude. When we had to stroke that check every month, there's no way we were going to write the check and not We're not actually writing a check. I mean, it does happen still sometimes these days, you guys. Wiring a PayPal. Yeah. We're not looking at that. It'll piss you off when you stare at that credit card charge. You're not doing anything. So the minute that we paid that bill, it was like game on. And then add to that having Allison in the mix, who is just an absolute godsend. We call her our podcast boss, Allison Heron, if you're listening to this.
8:32 Yeah. huge shout out to you, Gal. She totally kicked our ass down the field to get this thing over the goal line at the very end and get it launched. And I'm super excited because she is a part of our team here at Empire. We actually rely on her specifically to help our clients get their podcasts off the ground. And in fact, We have a podcast launch program that's going to be coming in 2025. And we're going to... Yeah, we're going to take names for a waiting list for that program. So if you're interested in that, we'll throw a link for the waiting list sign up form in the show notes as well. But shout out to Allison. She's been absolutely amazing. She has an incredible podcast of her own. She is a boss.
9:12 Literally in every way, shape. She really, I was just going to add one piece to it. First off, huge shout out to her for helping us. And I think that honestly, the pieces she helped us on are the main reasons that most people fall flat on their face. It's the details. It's the minutia. It's the decision making. It's the category, you know, what categories and what about imagery and what about labeling and what about this and how, like all the pieces for us as creative people that like to move and groove. And then we go into trying to create this thing. It's like, you have to check all these different boxes and figure out where you're going to be. And a lot of them are very critical pieces to the puzzle that if you go down that lane, like you're pigeonholing yourself into this world.
9:54 And she really helped us navigate and make some good decisions that was, she just helped us move. She also, I think, is the main reason that we have 43 episodes. Whereas our planning on the front end was so clutch with her that it allowed us to really, yeah, just have clarity in where we were going to take this thing, as well as having really good expectations, which I think where most people fall flat as they get into it going, I'm going to go do this thing. I'll spend the money to get my podcast going. And they don't see monies coming back in. And they're like, oh shit, like, why did I do that? I don't know if I can do this for a year or two years or three years before getting a return on my investment. I think she really helped us level set why we were doing this.
10:36 And it's allowed us to just be way more creative and having more fun with it. Yeah, I agree. And I would just put a cherry on top of that Sunday. I would just say that one of the most valuable pieces I felt like was The way that she challenged us. We do this a lot with our own clients. And this is one of the reasons that we have coaches and we have experts of our own that we need for ourselves personally in our business. Just like marketing, the messaging at the end of the day and how it's unique and all of that kind of stuff, the tone that you take and who you're talking to, it's not different from that. And having somebody there to really hold our feet to the fire and challenge us on that was something that was massively, massively valuable.
11:17 So grateful, grateful to Allison for all that. You know, I would also say something that was a learning. This was interesting. I think a lot of our learnings this year came from feedback that we got from people who listen to the podcast. Thank you to the many of you that have given us feedback. And we want more. But one of the consistent themes that we got from people that was both a learning and felt unbelievably good was that we got a lot of comments to the effect that we're willing to give away things on this podcast that most people are charging tens of thousands of dollars for. Mm hmm. That felt incredible. I mean, we talked about this, I think, on our wrap-up episode for 2024, right? About the joy of giving and giving more.
12:01 And we gave like crazy on this podcast. And what I want to be clear about is that in a lot of cases, some people might hear that and go, oh, shit, I better stop giving these things away. How can I package this into something that I can now go sell? No, we're not doing that. We're going to give more and more and more and more and more. That was humbling to hear. There's so many people out there that are giving advice and saying, you know, on your podcast, just talk about the problem, talk about the problem your prospects face and that's all you're talking about. And you hear these podcasts that literally it's almost like if you didn't look at the title for each of the episodes and you just listen to them back to back, you'd be like, I'm pretty certain this is the same episode over and over and over again. And it's just repackaged with a different subject line.
12:43 And we didn't want that, right? I think that that was something you and I were very aligned in the beginning and all the way through. We're like, let's just share from our heart and not hold anything back and not feel throttled or restricted. The reality is a lot of the episodes we put out there, we could have woven into a master class or we could have charged for it and we opted out of it because we're like, nope, this is the goodwill and this is going to lead to people wanting to know more and helping people. Helping people grow their business or helping them get their head on straight as it related to their coaching biz. And yeah, it felt good to just let it loose. Yeah, I can agree more. You had a fun one. I'm not sure which one you're thinking of. There's one I wanted to drop a grenade on in here, which really is how good you are at coaching.
13:26 whether we call it radio podcasting, what would you even call it? Produce production broadcasting broadcast. That's the word I was looking for. See, I don't even know what the fricking word is that thing, that thing you do, that thing you do. Good movie, by the way. Oh, it is a good movie. I was about to break into song, but no, dude, you're, you're so fricking good at your craft. And it took me back where I was like, Oh shoot. Like, I should probably try and find some creative ways to up my game and show up prepared and do some more work around this. Because you really helped not only in... Obviously, you own the outcome of all of our podcasts and you've done an incredible job managing it. But as the talent head of spearheading this whole thing, you've done just a freaking fantastic job.
14:07 So big high five to you, bro. Well, dude, I appreciate that. And I think, you know, one of the things that was fun to me, this was, I think I expected this, but I'd say I'll call it a learning to tie into your learning. It was a gift to me to get back to doing this work because broadcasting in general, communication in general has been my love since I was a child, whether it's writing or being in front of a camera or being behind a microphone. But broadcasting especially was a love of mine. I was a broadcast journalist in the time that I went to college. and got a job as a broadcast journalist in the army and worked in broadcast journalism for some major organizations like the New York Yankees and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and, and CSPN and, and did all that stuff.
14:50 And it's been an interesting thing because when I let go, I was hell bent that that was going to be my life. And around 25, I wanted to go make some money and that ain't where you do it. Not when you're scratching and clawing your way up the totem pole. And in true fashion, you know what? This is so interesting. Some of you that are listening to this right now, you might be in a spot where you thought things were going to happen a certain way. And this is a really good example of how things can come full circle and not just happen exactly the way that you think. I had a belief when I left with broadcasting my love of creation and entrepreneurship, like did this.
15:32 Because I was working at a major, major broadcasting station that was owned by one of the mega conglomerates, one of the media conglomerates. And I was fighting against red tape. That was one of the biggest frustrations that I had at that moment. Like my day-to-day work was incredibly exciting and fun. But I was fighting against red tape. And it was that moment where I went, I'm sorry, I'm not going to play your game. And so I'm going to risk maybe never coming back to this. But for some reason, I felt like there would be something down the road. And over the years, I thought about it and I would think about it and, oh man, how could I maybe and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And before we ended up launching our podcast without going into the entire backstory, I ended up getting a call really unexpectedly from somebody who runs a station here in Fort Collins that asked me to come and knew of me through somebody else and asked me to come and do some work for them.
16:25 That got me back into radio. just giving back to my community and got to meet some unbelievable people in the interviews that I did over there. And once I got that taste back, now the podcasting game and getting back to it, it's just been such a joy is where I'm headed with this. And now I get to do it on our terms, not somebody else's, which is another thing. I mean, gosh, when I left radio, there was no such thing as a podcast. It didn't exist. There were no YouTube channels or any of that shit. I'm dating myself now. But yeah, it's been truly such a joy. And thank you for acknowledging me. I appreciate it. Absolutely.
17:05 It was a beautiful thing to see. And this is where my... I'll tend to pump... You know this, but I don't know if our listeners know this. I tend to like to hit the brakes sometimes. And I know it makes Ryan frustrated. Internally. But we did a really good job of having a solid plan. I think we had a really good job of our intention of why we're doing it. So we set ourselves up for success as far as, you know, expectations and getting into it, knowing like we're into this, we're in this for the long haul and we're not going to look at it as what's our ROI. Like we went, this is gonna be a passion project that's going to add value to our people because it's the right thing to do. And then this was another huge piece. And this is where I tend to want to hit the brakes. We didn't go into it thinking it had to be perfect out of the gates.
17:46 Yeah. And there was really this dynamic, I think, of like, is it good enough to go? And it's just gotten better and better and better and better. And that's in terms of the edits. That's in terms of the cuts. That's in terms of the topics and the guests and the like, it's just all getting easier. It's getting more efficient. It's getting more effective. Our costs are actually getting better. Like there's a lot of different pieces to that of us just being getting to that space of, is it good enough? Cool. Let's keep moving. Yeah, absolutely. And I think that that kind of you touched on something that I would say is, you know, another learning. Not that this is a surprise for us, because this is something that we talk about a lot in our in our business and the coaching that we do with our clients. As with anything, intention is the key.
18:27 And you said it a minute ago that this was a passion project. This was not like just ROI based, like let's get rich. Yeah. How are we going to know? How do we get rich off our podcast? It was literally how do we go back? How do we give back? How do we give to people that otherwise may not know who we are or may not have been exposed to what we do or what we teach or any of that stuff? I think one of the big surprise moments for me was really, I think we both looked at this from an intention standpoint. It's like, man, this gives us an opportunity to reach people that right now we're not reaching, which is cool. But one of the really pleasant surprises was how much it reinforced the things that we teach to the people that we are already working with.
19:13 For those of you that are listening to this right now that are Empire clients, we have thrived on the feedback from you guys that getting these podcast episodes has been just an excellent extra touch point with us and reinforcement of the things that you're getting inside of our program. So that was a really cool aha. Totally agree. And selfishly, it's kind of fun that you and I can control our conversation or Whereas if we're working with clients, it's usually a reactionary thing. It's something that they're currently facing and we're digging in on those pieces. Whereas this medium, it gives you and I a lot of control to go, what do we think is critical? What do we want to talk about? What's going to be fun to talk about it? Which is probably part of what's making this even that much more magical is because we're having fun with it.
19:58 We're able to dig and yeah, it's just been super cool thus far. I'm actually, I'm super excited about where it's going too, but... Same. And on that note, let's flip the page here and look at what's in store for 2025. So, you know, number one, more of the same. As I mentioned earlier, we are not going to cease to give very fully of ourselves and our content and our learnings and teachings and all of the things. We are going to continue to do that. So if you've loved it so far, you're going to really love what's coming because we're just going to do more. The other thing is that we're going to get a chance to spend more time with the team on the show, which I'm really excited about. We're going to drag Vanessa back in here. Coaches. Those are some of my favorite episodes, actually, this year was having Vanessa on because we know she loves to be front and center.
20:44 And we're like, nope. We're making you the poster child. But no, being able to hear her genius and glean from her, she knows so much, and especially for our audience too. She is so passionate and she's so good at all the stuff that most of us don't like doing. So being able to have somebody else who's excited about the ops and the tech and the systems and the strategies and the things that a lot of us, we turn yellow on. We run out of the room. So having her engaged, but also our coaches, we have such incredible, brilliant minds that are in our orbit, being able to lean into them and extract. I mean, shoot, I think our average number of years, not alive or not even in business, but years actually frontline coaching, our coaches each have over 25 years of coaching experience.
21:33 for some of the biggest names in the game. So being able to lean into them like that, that's just invaluable. So yeah, super pumped to get more from them too. Yeah. Same here. And here's the other part. I mean, a lot of you guys don't know that some of the episodes that we did this year were with people that we are partnered with. So life partners, but like, well, not that kind of partners. Just went there. You know, you gotta be specific these days. I didn't do it. Yeah. It's not me. I'm trying to get away with everything I can. We were in meetings earlier today, and I'm like, yep, can't say that. oh man it's okay we fired hr but yeah we're gonna have a lot more of that this year and people that are actually now embedded in as part of our team like mike farrell is a great example mike is now literally part of of the empire team we've got some unbelievable partnerships that are gonna pop off here in 2025 that we won't talk about just yet it's magic it's magic it's magic It's going to be incredible.
22:35 But more of those folks coming on the show as well. Additionally, we're really going to be doing more with client stories. You know, I really had fun on the episode that we did with Annalisa Simeha, which if you haven't heard that episode and you've ever thought about potentially adding a book to your client, you know, I'm going to be doing more with client stories. your repertoire. You need to listen to that episode. She's incredible. But I loved even the limited amount of time that we got to spend with her just hearing a bit more about her story and her journey in her coaching business. We're going to do more of that this year. And it might even include... There are going to be some clients we'll bring on that have very specific expertise like Annalisa does. We'll talk about that. But also, we've really talked a lot about bringing on clients and just having them share their journey.
23:18 Guys, I think for any of this, I know that I've felt this way in the past. For any of us that are on this journey of trying to become profitable business owners as coaches, it's not an easy journey. And it's really easy to feel like you're the only one going through the things that you're going through or that everybody else must have just figured out some magic thing that you haven't figured out yet. I hate to tell you, you're not unique in that. There are many more like you. And parents lied to you. That's right. You're not special. All right. You're not special. No, you are. Really, you are. Yeah, we're going to do more of that. And we're also tinkering around. You know, we instituted, implemented, institutionalized, I don't know, something. Print to action?
24:01 Fast Five for Friday. We're going to play around with more formats this year. We are going to be bringing the show into YouTube. So get ready for that. And we're also playing around with the idea of maybe creating kind of some mashup type episodes. I don't even know what that means, but it's provocative. Yeah. Yeah. If you haven't seen about it, speaking of mashup, if you haven't seen the Kelly Clarkson mashup from the, it was either the Grammys or the Golden Globes, go YouTube that. Oh my God. Shout out to my sister. It's a running joke. Have you seen the Kelly Clarkson mashup? Yeah. It's seriously incredible. It's like nine minutes. And she's one of those where like you get done and you're like, ooh, don't let Kelly sing your song ever. Because she now owns it. She'll do it better. She now owns it.
24:42 So yeah, that's some of the stuff that's coming that's fun and exciting for 2025. And Brooke, I want you to kick us off with this. I want to just level set and remind everybody why we're here, why we do this, why we bother. Yeah. So there's, I think it was Zig Ziglar who talked about, you know, if you help enough people become millionaires and you in turn will become a millionaire yourself kind of a dynamic. And that it's true as it relates. And if we go biblical, we can go down all the great religions as this relates to, right? It's like, you know, you put out 1%, you're going to get 10% back. Yeah. And so there's this dynamic for us of really helping coaches become profitable business owners. Why did we take that angle and twang? Well, if you're a coach and you can't pay your bills, you can't be in the game very long to help very many people.
25:25 And that really was an area that we saw as, you know, not as accountants, but really as how to actually grow and build a business that functioned properly. So for us, if we can reach more coaches, if we can help more coaches have a deeper impact on humanity, we get to live out our purpose. There's a ripple effect that happens there. And we know that, I mean, shoot, between even just the two of us, we've got close scary saying this number. I don't even know if I want to say it. we got over 50 years of business experience between the two of us. That's not taking into account our team and all the experience they have. But when you're a coach, like you can go to the world's best coaching training and become the world's best coach. That's awesome. If you don't have paying clients, you're not going to be in the game and you're not going to be able to live out your impact and your, your effectiveness to transform humanity and leave your mark on the planet.
26:14 And that's really where, where we can have a positive effect. And the podcast is just, it's the tip of the spear. Yeah. That allows us to reach people and it allows us to honestly give away a lot of the tools and systems that can help people make more money so that they can also get deeper into the game, whether it's with us or whether it's with others. For us, it's really about like, okay, how can we, how can we reach more people? How can we have a deeper impact? That's why our nonprofit and some of the other things that we do comes into play. The podcast is a piece of that puzzle. Yeah, agreed. I would also just add to that, that another big reason why we do this is to provide a completely, I mean, to literally be the antithesis of the shiny object marketing tactic. I'm so fucking sick and tired of shiny object marketing tactics and yet another program that fixes one little thing over here when you've got gaping wounds all over the rest of your business and cookie cutter garbage and do this in six weeks.
27:08 Guys, We are here because you don't build a successful business in six weeks or eight weeks or 12 weeks. That's not how it works. You do it over time and you do it with tried and true principles that have been around and that we happen to have the unique experience of having implemented while understanding coaching. This is where it's really unique. Another one of the big whys, really why we started this company in the first place, is we just saw that there were very few people that actually had the combination of understanding of the coaching industry, along with the business acumen and experience that the both of us had. And I'm just, I'm tired of one-legged stool approaches and all the gurus and all the bullshit.
27:53 I'm appreciative that there are people that are interested in actually doing this. and winning long-term. Because anybody, it's like weight loss. Sorry, anybody can lose 15, 20 pounds once. Can you keep it off? That's the big question. I was going to say, we should put a money back guarantee in our podcast. Since it's free, we can totally do that. Yeah, you could. I like that. This is a new risk reversal strategy. We should put it in our show notes every time. You didn't even know. We said it was state of the podcast. You're getting strategies here. Oh, man. Well, on that front, as we kind of round this thing out and bring it home, we want to hear from you. We got so much good feedback this year.
28:35 And we really want to encourage more of that. And especially today, as we're kind of doing this State of the Podcast episode, we would love to hear from you about what were your favorite moments on the podcast? What were your favorite shows? What were the shows that maybe helped you the most in terms of moving your business forward? It helped you solve a problem or shift your thinking? What were some of your favorite guests? What would you really love to hear more of? If there's anything you would rather not hear more of, let us know. Hey, Brooke, right. Quit fucking doing that. Like I dropped the F bomb in the midst of that. You know, we're going to get, I wish you wouldn't swear so much. Yep. That's not happening. We can't control that one. I get a message.
29:15 I get a message from my grandmother at least once a month telling me she loves my podcast. And why please stop saying fuck. Hey, Brian, stop it. I love you. I love you. Yeah, so we would love to hear from you. And to that end, this is really, really, really simple. Just send us an email, support at empirepartners.io. In the subject line, just put podcast. And then we'd love to hear, again. Favorite moments, favorite shows. What really helped you? What guests did you like? What do you want more of? What do you want us to stop doing? All the things. We would love to hear that because ultimately we do this for you. I really do like the sound of my own voice and Brooke likes the sound of my voice too. So we could do it purely for that reason. I do like your voice. I hate hearing my own voice.
29:55 That's just truth. Truth be told. It's okay. Many are called, fewer chosen. In my head, it's masculine. When I hear it, I'm like, man, I sound like a whiny bitch, but... You said it. I didn't. I just put it out there. See? Okay. And once again, we're just off the tracks again. Thank you for listening to this episode of the Coaching Equation podcast. This has been so fun getting to serve you in 2024. We're already into 2025 and ready to do more. Please do send us feedback. Again, support at empirepartners.io.
30:36 We'll link the other things that we mentioned earlier in the show in the show notes. And until I'll try. All right. See ya. Thank you for listening to this episode of The Coaching Equation.
