Welcome back to the Coaching Equation Podcast. I'm your host, Ryan Lang, CEO and co-founder of Empire Partners, alongside my co-founder and co-host, Brooke Bishop. What's going on, brother? Buenos dias. Happy New Year. Happy New Year to you, my friend. And speaking of New Year, this is going to be a great episode because today we are going to dig in on the five ways that you can double your sales in 2025. I think you got that little throat roll in there. That was, that was like, you dig that. I couldn't, I don't even think I can recreate that.

11 That was pretty. Okay. Yeah. It's, I had a little, I, I, I had a little Jack Daniels before. So yeah, it's never too early for that. Um, so, uh, let's dig in on this because I think a lot of people, I, most of the time, what we find is when people are thinking about wanting to level up their sales, they oftentimes are thinking about it in a, like there's one way to do it. And more often than not, it's, they just believe that there's this one. And that, that seems to be the way to go in this episode, we're going to give you five different ways to do it. And we're going to do it in a way where we actually kind of give you our favorite, um, way to go about doing it.

54 And with that said, let's not, let's not waste any time. So number one is our least favorite option, but let them in on number one here, buddy. Yeah. So if, if, if your outcome is to, to double your sales, double your revenue, uh, the re we'll get into why it's our least favorite, but it's kind of, it's pretty obvious, but it's in essence, you double your effort. So if you do twice the amount of sales engagements, twice the amount of sales calls, by default, you're going to double the amount of money that you have coming in the front door. Now, this can take shape in a couple of different ways. One is you can literally double your hours. This is why we don't love it, because it means working twice as hard.

35 The other part is if you added another human who's getting the same results as you are and doubled the amount of sales engagements. Again, it's another way that you can double your revenue purely by... doubling the amount of sales engagements that you actually have taken place. I would love, I, I let's, let's do the short version of the story, but there's a story that kind of accompanies this, that I think is really powerful for, for you to share, share the story about what happened when, when you did this, but also give the frame around why. Yeah. So when I was, so this is shoot, it's weird saying it now. Cause I'm like, I used to be the young guy. Now I'm not the young guy anymore.

16 Uh, There was a moment in time. So when I was originally selling with Tony Robbins, I was looking at my numbers and I'm going, man, I really want to make more money. I want to be hitting bigger, bigger outcomes. I want to hit that next tier. Like I had this drive that was inside of me and it was wild because at that point there was a moment in time, my wife got laid off from her job and we were crunching the numbers and I'm like, okay, well, if she were to go back and get a job somewhere making, you know, 100 to 120 K a year, I'm like, that would absolutely help the household income. And then I woke up one morning in that bubble of time where we were trying to sort things out. And I'm like, holy shit, if she could help me book more sales calls, my effort would go way further.

59 I would hit that top tier. We'd be hitting way bigger numbers, but I wouldn't be spending as much of my time booking appointments and trying to do the hustle. I would be on the phone more talking to more prospective clients. And dude, it was crazy because the company, they refuse. When I went to them, I'm like, hey, I want an extra phone and computer. And they're like, no. I'm like, but why? And they go, because she's not an employee. We're not going to foot the bill for it. Like, nope. Well, then I'm like, can she at least book calls on my behalf? And again, they said, no. No. Right? Typical corporate. Nope. She's not our staff. We don't have liability insurance for her, blah, blah, blah. Well, on my end, I was pissed.

39 So I did what I usually did with leadership and I flipped him the bird and I did it anyway. So I went and got my own computer, put in an extra phone line and I ran it through. So as far as they knew, it was me making extra calls through the system. But here was the kick, dude. I went from being able to book five meetings a day And back in those days, it was like if you booked five, you would have three that would run and you would have one every two days that would enroll just based on average conversion rates. Right. Well, overnight, I was able to get her to book me 10 and I was able to have eight that ran and I was able to average two enrollments a day.

19 So the numbers got like geometrically different. Now, here was the kick. At first, my brain was like, oh, my God, you're gonna be so exhausted having that many coaching sales calls every day. And the way that I overcame that is I was like, well, that's eight calls that I'm actually on the phone handling. That's an eight hour workday. That's 40 hours a week. Like I'm a full time employee. And for her, she didn't have to work eight hours a day to book me that many appointments. She only had to work like two to three hours a day. So it was a massive win-win because my numbers immediately doubled, actually more than doubled. Her hours were minimal.

01 And Bob's your uncle, the company wasn't the wiser, didn't know that I was gamifying things a wee bit. So one of the things that I want to highlight here, because we're going to get into this is not a strategy. One of the reasons we say that this is our least favorite strategy, you might ask, like, what the hell? You just told this great story, the massive results, all the things. Why is this your least favorite strategy? Well, because, you know, we're not trying to grind ourselves into the ground here, if possible. The one thing I want to highlight about this, though, because I think it's really important is, you know, that you reduce the amount of time that you needed on a call to finish the deal.

45 And that in and of itself is incredibly key. One of the kisses of death. Most of the time, most people would listen to this and go, my God, there's no way I could double my sales calls. I'd be on the phone for 16 hours a day. Well... That's because your freaking sales calls are lasting 90 minutes to two hours or some nonsense like that. And I think this is one of the biggest keys that, you know, when you look at the possibility of at least, even if you increased the number of calls that you had in a day by decreasing the amount of time, a couple of things that I want to highlight that will happen if you do that.

25 Number one, you will stop screwing around with, you know, bullshit filler material because it can't like you force yourself into a situation where you've got to get to the bottom of what they're struggling with quickly and. You've got to get them associated with why they want to get out of that place and the collateral damage that that's causing quickly. And you've got to then be able to tie it directly to your solution quickly. And in the thousands of sales calls that I've listened to, most people are just totally undisciplined from that standpoint. There's so much filler material. There's so much talk about stuff that doesn't matter.

07 They're making statements all throughout the call that don't even belong there. They're trying to be friends with the person. You know, it's it's it's a disaster. So that's one thing that I do want to bring up is that if you will do that, you know, you'll force yourself. Let's just say, for example, and by the way, Brooke. Brooke made a big cut. I mean, he literally cut his time in half to double those calls. What I would recommend is if your calls are running any more than an hour right now, cut it back by like 15 minutes. Try to actually conclude your sales call in 45 minutes. You'd be amazed at what would happen.

48 And even when, see right now, it's kind of like, I would equate this. When you ask somebody how long their sales calls last, it's kind of like my sister is a doctor. Yeah. And she told me that, you know, anytime that somebody comes in and they're doing a health checkup and they ask the person, okay, like, you know, how many alcoholic drinks do you drink in a week? She says, it's always double. Whatever they say, we just double it because, you know, nobody wants to say the truth. It's the same thing with long sales calls. You're like, oh, how long your sales calls last? Well, you know, an hour until I get a hold of them. And like, you can't give me a call that's under an hour and 45 minutes.

30 So take off 15 minutes. You'd be amazed at what could happen. The second thing that I want to say on this is that if you will reduce the amount of time that your sales calls take, you will increase your energy. And there is nothing more horribly draining than a really long sales call, especially when it's backed up by another one. So whether you're a sales rep right now or whether you run your own business, You're going to save yourself a significant amount of energy by being able to cut that call time down by even 10 or 15 minutes. Make a massive, massive difference in your day. You then could add an additional call or an additional two calls and not feel super shitty about it.

15 Well, there's one of the little byproduct that's on the back of that, that I don't think ever gets fully mentioned. When you know you have that limited window of time, it puts a different urgency in your own pentameter, in your own pacing. And people will feel like, I need to move. I need to do something. They'll feel the urgency, not in desperation, but they're going to feel like, it's like, dude, my clock, we're going to hit the end of this hour. You're either going to make changes in your life or you're not. Like it just gives you another little extra added oomph that you can put in there that again, when you have 90 minutes or you have two hours, like how many people have we talked to over the time? We're like, well, I need to give myself 90 minutes for the session. Then I need to have 30 minutes to regroup.

56 And then I need to have 30 minutes so I can go on a walk and decompress and do my energy work and go earthing and then go do a purge. And like, it's like, holy shit. shit. How many hours do you need in order to have a single call? Like you're having a 60, like you're not swinging a hammer lane railroad ties. Like you're, you're talking to somebody about their life for 60 minutes. Like whoop-de-doo. Like build your energy reserves up. And if you don't have that capacity to hold energy for that person, you've got to do a heck of a lot more work for yourself. So you can, because again, this isn't laborious. Yeah. Not only that, but if you feel like you're swinging a sledgehammer around or laying railroad ties when you're doing your sales calls, you're doing it wrong. Just saying. That's a really – honestly, 99% of the time it's because you didn't go in the right sequence.

39 And so you're spending so much energy trying to dig the dirt off from the top of you because you buried yourself. 100%. Yep. Okay. Well, if we don't want to work 80 hours a week, what's our second option if we want to try to double our sales? Yeah. The second one, it really comes down to a skill set. So my recommendation to people, if you're just getting in the game, you do need the reps. And we do recommend that you load up on as many calls that you can because you've got to build a muscle. But to that second piece, you've got to improve your skill set. So if we take somebody who, let's say, is an average salesperson, if they're closing, let's just say average salesperson is usually around 15, maximum 20 percent is average.

23 So if you're at 15 percent and you get to 30 percent enrollment rate, voila, you didn't have to do anything extra in terms of time or energy expansion. You're talking to the same number of people, but poof, you have twice the amount of people that are enrolling in your offer. Yeah. So again, this is where I would say most people are trying to put their attention as they're going, oh man, if I can just increase how many people enroll in my program, what I will tell you is most people try to muscle when they try to increase their conversion rate. They think it's just going to be coming from passion or from closing harder, or if I could just be better at objections, like I'll enroll more people.

04 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, if I had my laminated list of rebuttals, then – Just tell me what to say, Ryan. Just tell me what to say. I'm going to kill the next person that says that. But wait, wait, what were the exact words you used? I want to know the exact words you used. Oh, my gosh. This is a big one, though, too, because I think that, and again, going back to doing it the right way, the truth is that just like anything else, if you're listening to this right now and you're just thinking to yourself, gosh, you know, I mean, I just don't feel like I was, you know, born to be a salesperson.

44 Yeah. Maybe you weren't. And the truth is, just like anything else, there are people that are that are a little more gifted in one area than another. We all have that. But here's the other thing that we've proven time and time again. You absolutely have the opportunity to up level your skill set. And more often than not, the truth is that up leveling your skill set is just finding the right way to do this. that feels connected for you. This is why we laugh and joke around about like, tell me the exact words and shit like that. Because by the way, that's what most garbage sales training does for you anyway.

26 Here's my system that you can't break. And here are the exact words to use. And you're an idiot if you do anything else. Well, I'm here to tell you that's not the way to level up your skill set. That might get you a little further than you are right now if you're lucky. Could also send you backwards. We've seen that before. But really leveling up your skill set more than anything is going to be finding a way to do it that feels connected for you. Because when it feels connected for you, it's going to feel congruent for the other person as well. That's when the magic happens. I think it's a really great point. You know, we've got opportunity and it's opportunity that anybody can grab hold of, not just the salespeople among us, so to speak.

08 Yeah, just to stack everything you just said is pure gold, to stack one piece on that. And this is the big tell, by the way. So for any of you that are out there, they're like, oh, I do my own sales or I have a sales team. If you are not, so if at the 45 minute marker of your in sales engagement, if you're not now laying out what your product or service or offering is, if you're beyond that 45 minute marker, your recipe is set up for disaster. So just know that like that's the benchmark 45 minutes. If you're not getting into what it is that you actually can do to help them, Houston, you've got a problem and you need a better system to be able to effectively identify their challenges, be able to get through the weeds, get to that space where you can then make your offer.

48 Amen. All right. Number three. So number three is an interesting one. And it's such a simple, obvious thing. And yet every time we bring it up, it makes people's butts pucker. I know. I know. Yep. So number three is double your price. which might sound insane for some, but they go, Oh my gosh. And then like today we had a couple of coaches in our, our orbit this last year, guess what they did. They, they more than doubled their price. They met, I think they 10 X what they charge for their, their hourly rate for coaching.

29 They had no pushback. They had no qualms. And guess what their response was? And we had two, two people on this morning that both did this by the way, but they both were like, Oh, Why did I wait so long to increase my pricing? Holy crap. There was no pushback. I had no objections. What the heck? So if you're charging $500 per month for your coaching, if you simply go to $1,000 a month for coaching, Houston, you just doubled your revenue. So it's another easy one, but most people freak out psychologically. So yeah, what are your inputs, thoughts on this cowboy? Yeah, well, this is really one of the big ones when you think about a coaching business in general, because most people that are walking into this space, if you've gone through any kind of formal training, in a lot of cases, you're really, you're taught to trade time for money, we gotta break that, in addition to that, You know, we I had a great chat with our good friend Mariana Lacombe on the podcast last year where we talked about the difficulty of breaking people from the employee mindset.

36 That's the other thing. Well, this is what you're willing to pay me. I guess this is my wage. That kind of thing. It's tough to break that cycle. And the other thing is really it's all of this is born out of insecurity and fear. Yeah. And it's either a an insecurity that you're not good enough to charge what you really want to charge or what you would have to charge to, you know, increase your prices. Or it's it's it's a fear that. You you think you're good enough, but you have a fear that someone else is not going to see the value in what you're offering at that higher price point.

20 And here's the here's the one thing that I want to give you. We could go a whole episode on how we should do that. We probably should. Yeah, maybe we will. Yeah. But we could go a whole episode on just increasing your prices and why and how and all the things. But the one thing that I want to say about in about an increase in price is that if you want to do it and you want to get it right, you need one thing more than anything else. And that is bulletproof certainty. bulletproof certainty that it's not just worth the amount that you come up with, but it's worth at least 10x that because you are so intrinsically connected to the value that you're going to deliver to this person in terms of the outcomes and the changes that and the transformation that they're going to experience.

15 you got to come with absolute bulletproof certainty. And the one thing that I know is that guys, there are lots of people in the world right now who are not that great at what they do, but they just have ultimate certainty. And we've all been there. We've all been in the presence of someone who they could be spouting off a whole bunch of bullshit. There are some guys that I know that do this really well from stage. Like they can spout off all kinds of bullshit. And I'm like, my God, I don't know what you got, but I'll buy it. And that's mainly because of their certainty. So that's one thing that I would give you. It's just if you're struggling with that and increasing your prices, make sure you spend some time really getting clear on why your program is that valuable.

58 Why, more importantly, it's 10 times more valuable than whatever the investment is. And make sure that you're totally connected to the transformation that they're going to experience. If you can do that, you can raise your prices. Well said. Well said. Oh. All right. This is a sneaky one because we talked a little bit about timing a minute ago, but this one is really a sneaky one. Definitely not something that somebody would think about very often. So let's do another one. Number four, so you alluded to a little piece of it.

39 So here's the interesting piece. It can dovetail with number one. So number one, we talked about double your bookings, right? So if you're booking five a day, book 10 a day. If the other side of that, so you don't melt yourself entirely, is not just the bookings end, but how long you're running each session. Yeah. And I did this for a while. I did melt myself on this because I did go a little bit over the top. So I was booking eight sessions a day. And I went, I went, huh, if I'm booking eight sessions a day, and this is a volume game, it's a math game. Like at the end of the day, it really is. Yes, we're transforming lives. But when we get down to the sales piece and that side, it's math.

19 It's how many people do we talk to? How many people do we enroll? Like, away we go. So I went, well, what if I talk to 16 people a day? But instead of doing hour-long sessions, I do 30-minute sessions. So here was the crazy part. My conversion rate did go down a little bit. Not as much as I thought it would. I'm like, well, shit. I can afford to have my conversion rate cut in half. And I'll still be enrolling the same number of people. Right? Because I double the number of people I talk to. But if my enrollment rate gets cut in half, I'm still right where I was when I started. Well, my conversion rate only dropped a couple points. So it wasn't massive. Now, again, going from 60 minute sessions down to 30, that meant I had 16 people who I was getting into their world.

04 So where I did start to nuke myself a little bit as I'm like, wait, was that the person who got divorced last year? Is that the person that wanted to lose weight? Was that the, like my capacity to retain as much of the knowledge about people? It did. It, it waned. I'm not going to lie, but here was the kick. I was where I found that sweet spot to you use the magic number. I cut it 15 minutes. Yeah. So this doesn't sound monumental, but when you take 15 minutes off of each session, if you're running eight calls and you take 15 minutes off, that means you can add an extra two sessions a day, which equates to an extra 20 sessions a week or sorry, 10 sessions a week. That's an extra 40 sessions a month.

45 There's a lot of people out there that aren't even doing 40 sessions in a given month. Yep. So this is a math. It's a math game, right? It's OK. If I can shorten my call by 15 minutes, how many extra sessions can I add to my calendar as a result? Now, there's two ways you can do this. If you take any of these strategies that we're giving today and you do one or if you do two of them. It's like going supersonic. So if you can decrease your hours by 15 minutes and you can increase your conversion rate, like, well, now you can start to whittle things back. And what I actually did in putting together three of these things, I was able to cut my amount of hours in half and I was able to triple my income. Right? That's powerful.

27 So that's where it becomes really powerful when you put these pieces together. It's like, okay, if I can cut my hours back by 15 or cut my time down by 15 minutes and I can increase my enrollment rate and I can take on more calls or some of the other strategies we're going to get to here in a moment really blow the freaking roof off. Yeah. Yeah. And one of the things I want to talk about, too, is I mean, we in in conjunction with this, when we talk about timing as a pure strategy, you know, we if you if you've listened to this show relative to sales, we've talked a pretty significant amount about follow up and we're not afraid of follow up. We like it.

07 We'll do it. We have systems for it, all of the things. And that's where we've also got opportunity as well to make up some ground in terms of the timing is that most people and this drives both of us absolutely batshit crazy. Most people are so willy nilly with their follow up. You know, they end the call and somebody's think about it or spouse or money or whatever it is. And they just go, OK, well, yeah, you know, just get back to me. What? No. Or if you're you take the first step and you at least try to schedule a call. But they're like, you're like, OK, well, when do you want to jump back on?

49 Well, yeah, you know, I mean, probably sometime, you know, like before the next lunar cycle. Yeah. And realistically, this is one of the things that that you can do to increase the amount of sales that you've got in a given time frame is just to cut down the amount of time that you give people in the follow up. Be pointed about it. You know, instead of of of like, let's let's talk next week. I'm not looking at that like for crying out loud. How much time do you really need? Let's look like I got it's Tuesday. I got some space available on Thursday. You know what?

29 What works better? Nine or three. You know, I think that's another big one is just being able to cut down the time on the follow up because people are too loosey goosey. Well, let's I want to unpack something here because I think it's really critical. What the hell is time? It's a belief, right? It's a time's a construct like time is a belief. So if somebody goes, oh, I need four weeks to make a decision of this magnitude. Like, do you do you really? Or is that what you believe you need to do? Or is that a pattern or is that a habit? Or maybe you made a quick decision at some point in time that bit you in the ass, or maybe you just always take slow decisions and that's why you don't move and do anything in your life. Like the time piece of the puzzle It's a belief for our client, but it's also a belief for us.

15 And so if we believe we have to do a 90 minute call, well, then guess what? You need to do a 90 minute call. If you believe that people need to sleep on it and take 14 years to make a decision, then you're absolutely right. And you're going to let them off the hook. So I think it's really critical that we look at what the hell is time to us first. Yep. So that when people bring up time as the reason they can't do something. When we really understand that time is a belief about things, it's a belief of how long it's going to take them to actually do an activity. It's a belief of how much time they actually need. It's a belief of like, it's a crutch. Like how much time do you need to lose weight? I know people that lose weight really, really fast. So when we think of follow-up or when we think of how much time we need for our sessions, or when we think of how much time people need in order to make a move, it is all BS.

01 It's belief systems. Yep. Right? So, yeah. And I would just also say on this that that it's it's belief systems. And more often than not, these are belief systems because we have belief systems that do serve us. Right. More often than not, when we think about time and especially decision making, there's a lot of garbage belief systems that don't serve people. And the other reality that we know about time and decision making is that. People are on your phone for a reason. And one of the reasons that they're on your phone is that they've been stuck in a certain pattern in one way, shape or form.

43 And the truth is that when you don't throttle the amount of time that they have to actually make a decision, this isn't about productivity. pressuring somebody. It's not that at all. If you're doing this right, it should never feel that way. What it is about, however, is helping people actually get out of the disempowering pattern that is not serving them. That's what this is about, because the longer you let it go on, the longer they have the opportunity to just slip right back into that pattern and right out of the better version of themselves that would go, hell yes, I need to make a change.

23 Let's do this. Are you okay if I quadruple down on this one for a sec? You can quintuple down on this thing. Can I double stamp a triple stamp? Go for it. So let's be real. The only truth that we know, if somebody gets on the phone with us, number one, we know that they're in some form of pain. Like that's the first truth that we know guaranteed. The second truth we know is that the very pattern that they've been running. So the beliefs that they've held and the actions that they've taken because of those beliefs have brought them to where they are in this moment in time. True. So if we know that that is true and if they're there because they're in pain, it's safe to assume that their beliefs that they held, the actions that they took have led to the pain that they're currently sitting in.

10 Like that's the truth that we know. So in order for us to get them to a new level of living, whatever that looks like, whatever your offer is, we have to break the patterns that they've been running. If we don't, they're going to get the same damn results, which is why they're talking to us. Like, see this crazy loop. When we get into this whole piece of time, if you're selling, you have to have your head so freaking screwed on straight as it relates to time. Because if you cannot address that and if you can't speak to it, if you cannot help people break that belief pattern, they will not get changed. So I just want to like put a nail in the coffin on this bad boy because it's the number one objection we get.

52 I got to think about it, which is a fancy way. I need some time. Well, if you have really good beliefs around time as being a weapon that's not serving them, you're going to be so much better equipped to help people. And again, this goes back to how do you increase your enrollment rate? Well, there's one big-ass way. Deal with your bullshit stories around time. Well, yeah. That was pretty definitive. Except that it's not our favorite way. It's not our favorite way. It's not our favorite way. And we wanted to bring this home in kind of a big way in terms of number five.

33 And so number five is really the compounding effect because we just gave you some strategies. And there's some other stuff in here as well. But it's less about – I started the podcast by saying that most people think when they're going to double their sales, they think of one way to do it. And the truth is that where this gets really good is when you've got multiple things that are happening at the same time. It's the equivalent of like, oh, OK, I want to, you know, I'm going to get in the best shape of my life this year. Well, most people will go do one thing. Okay, I'm going to go, you know, I, well, I could, I could go join a gym.

14 So I guess I'm going to do that, but they're still eating like shit or they're like, oh, I'm going to clean up my diet, but I'm not really moving my body, uh, at all. Well, what happens when you go to the gym and you start, uh, you know, uh, eating cleaner and, uh, you know, uh, you know, uh, you know, uh, you know, uh, you know, uh, you know, And you've got somebody advising you and you're hooked up with the right supplements and you've got a functional medicine doctor who's helping you along the way. I mean, that's when shit gets good really quickly. It's a compounding effect. So what are the things that we can compound to get there faster? Yeah. Yeah, and I love that you've prefaced this with everybody's thinking there's just that one way, right?

55 So I can't remember who mentioned this at some point in time, but it was like, if you have just one option, that's no option at all. Two options is actually a dilemma. And it's not until you actually have three options that you actually have some form of choice that can be made. And so that's a big reason why we wanted to provide multiple ways to double your sales today. So the compounding effect... And this, by the way, for those of you, if you're not math wizards, I'd encourage you to like pull the car over, grab out, you know, grab your pen and paper or, you know, use your notes on your cell phone. This becomes... It's simple and complicated. And the reason for that is our brain goes one, two, three, too many. We're going to lay out six pieces to the puzzle here as it relates to the compound effect.

39 So here's in essence what it is. Each step of your sales cycle, if you make micro improvements upon it, you're going to get geometric results. So we're gonna lay these out and I'm gonna give you kind of the rules as it plays. So here's what the compounding effect is. And here's the six areas you have to focus on. Number one is you need to increase the number of leads that you get. And we recommend you track those monthly, okay? The second piece is you need to boost the number of connections that you make to those leads, whether that's a call, an email, a text, or DM or whatever the heck it is. But we need to find creative ways to increase the number of connections you make. The third piece is you need to increase your show rate.

20 Okay, so how many people you book an appointment, how many of those actually show up? Okay, the next piece is boosting your enrollment rate. If thinking of doubling your enrollment rate sounds huge and you're like, holy hell, how do I go from 15% to 30? Or how do I go from 30% to 60? Or whatever your number is. We're gonna give you some interesting math that you can play here in just a moment. Okay, the next piece, number five, is you need to boost your follow-up enrollments. This means you need to actually have a system for following up with people. You need to have a process or a process for our Canadian folk. OK, and the number six is you need to boost your purchasing frequency. It's a fancy way of saying you need your clients to buy from you more frequently. OK, so here are the rules, and this is where it gets stupid real fast.

04 The first and only rule you need to aim to increase your leads by a minimum of 20 percent. Okay. You can go more than that. It's totally fine, but that's the bare minimum. Now, here's the benefit. Every other step that we just gave you, every subsequent step, so boosting your connections, your show rate, your enrollment rate, your follow-up enrollments, and your purchasing frequency. If you increase each of those like 2% here, 3% there, 5%, we're talking very minimal increases to those other pieces of the puzzle. When you multiply all of these steps of the process together, it compounds. So this is where you don't have to double your hours. You don't have to double your enrollment rate.

44 You can go, hey, I need to figure out how to get 20% more leads. I need to increase my connections by 3%. I'm going to increase my show rate by 5%. I'm going to increase my enrollment rate by 2%. All those little micro tweaks, again, when compounded together, very quickly, you're going to see that you double, triple, quadruple. We took one of the departments we worked with. We went from $180,000 in revenue in the year. That next year, applying this principle, we went to $3 million. The year after we went to 5 million, the year after we went to 15. So this process is gangster level, but this is what like people who really understand sales at a high level, this is what they're playing.

29 I love this, man. What I love about it too is that it's, you know, one of the things that we do with our consulting clients is we take them through a process where we really look at not just sales, but other areas of business. And we have little dials and calculators where we just look at like, okay, if we just turn the knob up on this deal a little bit, okay, we'd see that. Then we look at another area and we say, well, you know, if we just increase this just a little bit, When people get down to the bottom and they see what that actually represents in terms of the amount of growth that they stand to gain by just making simple tweaks in each area.

11 We literally had a client. We were talking about this the other day. But we literally had a client at a live event. We were doing this exercise, going through these calculators. And she's, you know, over, you know, in her little corner doing, you know, doing her calculations and stuff like that. And you just hear this like from across the room. Holy shit. And it was because she had just put in those simple tweaks and got to the bottom of it, and it compounded in a way that was going to give her an exponential result. That same lady, by the way, had the best year of her business ever last year. They blew it out.

55 Yeah, they sure did. It's really, really, really impactful at the end of the day. So I – You know, I think that the point is this. First of all, if you're looking to double your sales, you've got to start by just knowing full well that it's not just about one thing. There are multiple ways to skin the cat, and the most powerful way to skin the cat is to actually have multiple pieces of this puzzle working at once. And what I would say is if that's something that you want to do in 2025... you need to come take a really hard look at close everyone because it's exactly what we teach you how to do inside of close everyone.

39 And, you know, we talked about increasing leads. We talked about boosting connections, show rate, enrollment rate, follow up, you know, purchase frequency. In addition to that earlier, we talked about, you know, how do I time my calls? What should my pricing be? How do I gain the certainty that I need around my pricing? Um, You know, if I'm going to decrease my my buying time, how how do I do it in a structured way so that my call doesn't come out like gumbo? It's you know, it's it's it's not some crazy mishmash of shit thrown into a pot. It is a beautifully designed recipe of, you know, the connection that you want to make with your client.

20 Now, if that's something that you want to be able to do, then we'd love to talk to you about Close Everyone. I know it was it was the sentiment was there, but I just want to make sure we totally tie the bow on this bad boy. So as you mentioned, most people are looking for that one thing to help improve their sales.

45 What we just gave you guys was five things. In reality, there was actually like 11 woven in there if you get really crafty. But just recognize it's very, very rare that it's ever one thing. What we want to highlight for you all is where are the needles in the haystack? We can help you find them, and they're very easy to implement. And when you get the sequence of these things put into play properly, life gets real good real fast. And you can increase your revenue and massively jump it up. You can also decrease your hours and triple your income if you get really strategic with these pieces. But again, this isn't rocket science level stuff. This is just, it's math. It's simple mathing. And we lay it out and we give you guys exactly where those needles are in the haystack.
