43 I'm your host, Ryan Lang, CEO and co-founder of Empire Partners. And this is a very special episode. In fact, this is a first for us here at the Coaching Equation because it's the very first live podcast episode that we've ever done in the history of the show. 90 plus episodes at this point. And we just wrapped up our live event here in September of 2025 at the beautiful Elizabeth Hotel in Fort Collins, Colorado. And the guest on this episode is one of our guest speakers. Nico Repkilles is an AI visionary. He's the creator of Vision Espresso, which is a breakthrough system that helps coaches, experts, entrepreneurs align their nervous system with their next level vision.

27 Sure. When coaches, business owners, and entrepreneurs experience Nico's work, they don't just gain clarity, they become magnetic.

11 So I'm super excited to introduce you to Nico Rapkilles. Let's get into the episode. This is the Coaching Equation Podcast. Before we dive in on all the good vision stuff and all the things, I haven't even had a chance to ask you this, so I can't wait to do this. What's the origin story here? I want to go back and understand where this started for you. So you kick us off at whatever point in your life makes sense, but where did this all begin? I appreciate you asking. Thanks for being here and grateful to be in this amazing room. The origin story came from a challenging place. I played baseball all the way through college.

53 And I always like to tell the story about my mom gave me a copy of The Secret when I was 18. Anyone read the book, The Secret? The whole room. And so I started implementing that stuff in college and that was great. Then I'll tell you a little bit more about that. But what I realized actually in high school, I realized how powerful the mind was and not such the great way. Has anyone ever heard of the yips by chance? Oh, So we were on a really good team in high school and I was, you know, one of the highly touted players in the league. And some reason I just playing second base, the easiest throw in all of sports, likely couldn't do it after like the third game.

42 And that was really, really challenging. I went from, I was on the fast track to becoming a big leaguer. And all of a sudden, like, I'm not sure if I'm going to play junior college the next year. It was really, really challenging and one of the most like tormenting times of my life. And that's when my mom gave me the copy of The Secret because she was just like so distraught herself. She was having a hard time seeing that. Did your mom go out there and seek out a solution or was it something that she already had some awareness of? No, she's a legend. She's been like one of my biggest inspirations. She's been in Mary Kay for like 20 years and like 18 cars. Like she's tapped in. She's deep in her faith.

23 She keeps me on track in so many ways and I wouldn't be here without her. So, so your mom, what I'm curious in high school, uh, your, your, your mom comes and says, Hey, you know, check out this book, the secret. What was the thought for you? Were you at that point where you were kind of like, Oh man, I'll do, I'll do anything or you had so much trust in your mom. You're just like, I don't care what it is. I'll, I'll eat it live. Well, the crazy thing is I didn't, I didn't adopt it at all. In high school. Because I was, it was just a mess. You were too cool for school? Yeah. So it never, like, the involvement didn't even happen until a couple years later. And that's when I was in junior college. So I always wanted to go play Division I.

04 It's the highest tier in college baseball. I was on my second year of junior college. And I had one season to, like, play Lights Out. Otherwise, I was done playing. Yeah. And so, you know, you get forced into these situations that force you to focus, which focus is just like one of the most important things in business as a whole. But I just, one season, I'm like, all right, I'm doing this, doing whatever I got to do. I'm going to do the physical stuff, but I'm going to go into my mind every night because that's what it says to do. And I would visualize hitting home runs. I would visualize hitting doubles, diving. Yeah. Catching the ball. And for whatever reason, specifically, I had this vision to hit a walk-off home run off the seven of the scoreboard and right center field, which never happens.

49 But it was the craziest thing. I get chills every time I talk about this. The game played out exactly how I saw it. I come running in seventh inning on the first batter. I come up to the plate, chills down my back immediately. And I was like, game's over. And it felt like slow motion. The ball just floating to me. And then just pop. All of a sudden, boom. And then I'm rounding around the bases and our videographer, our photographer from the newspaper was there, captured it right there. And like that memory was just burned in my, into my mind and specifically my subconscious from that point on. And I was like, I can't reject this stuff anymore. Like this is far bigger than baseball.

31 I knew it was going to happen. It wasn't this air of confidence or anything like that. It was just, it was a knowing I'd seen it so many times in my mind that it was just, it was real before it was real. Yeah. I'm curious about something at that age, because especially with something like visualization, it's one of those things that requires faith. What do you feel like allowed you at that young an age? Because I think there are a lot of people at that age that are still quite yet ready to surrender to the idea of faith. of really being, you know, faithful to something. What do you think it was that, that kind of allowed you to be able to lean into that and to trust it so that in that moment, when things came to fruition, exactly the way that you'd seen, you were able to be on the other side of it and go, yeah, that's affirmation now.

18 I mean, fortunately for me, I was so dedicated to baseball and I was, that was my everything. Yeah. Like it was my only thing. And I don't know if any of you guys like had something that young and been that dedicated to, and you had four months to figure it out. Otherwise you were done. Like that was my dream. That was my mission. That was everything. I didn't care about anything. And so when I realized that that was at, what was at stake, like I would do whatever it took. But what was interesting, too, I think this is a big piece is like the first time I listened to this or watched the movie The Secret is they would say things about like, oh, imagine seeing a dollar bill on the ground. And for whatever reason, I was like, I'll give this a go. And I would do that.

59 I did it for like three days straight. And I went to the mall with some friends a few days later and I found a five dollar bill. And so I think it's like it continues to come back to, yes, have faith, but also quick action on the things that might have potential to help you. Right. Because then once I have that experience, it's hard to disprove it. Like, OK, maybe this is real. Maybe it's not. But like I did it and it happened. So it's hard to discredit it. And I think that's the thing with all these like mindset things. And what can really happen is like once you experience it, it's like no one could tell me like I didn't visualize it at a home run. Mm hmm. You experience it and it's just like, it's in now. Dude, one of our favorite Tony Robbins quotes, focus goes where energy flows the other way around.

49 So I think that's the thing is that you put so much energy into something and focus on it so hard for so long. I mean, it's literally a lot. So... When you get on the other side of this and all this happens, do you feel like that moment changed the trajectory of your life, having that experience at that point? Definitely. And the other thing I'd say, too, is who has done visualization work a good portion of the room? So I'd ask this, too. When you guys have visualized, have you felt it? Yeah. And you guys know that that's a huge component of it.

29 And so what I realized when I was doing this with baseball, like I would, I'll be laying in bed, visualizing, I'm just like, I felt it. Right. And I, and I was like, that is such a core component. But when I would move on and I would, you know, go do business stuff and different things, and I understood the principle, but sometimes I just wouldn't feel it. And so I realized like that has to be the case. Otherwise, it's like, you know, how many times do people like do affirmations? It's just like, it just doesn't hit the way you thought it would because you're not feeling, you're not immersed in it. It's not core to you. And because it's not that way, then it doesn't happen the way it's supposed to. Yep. Yep.

09 So, so you have this incredible experience, you get on the other side of it. And now all of a sudden vision is kind of a thing for you. When did you kind of decide that you wanted, you wanted to go like, as far down the rabbit hole as the rabbit hole goes with all this stuff? When did you like go all in after that? Well, I started a podcast. I've been in the marketing world for a long time. Affiliate marketing agency work, work for some rally brick, big names and brands, but it just, for whatever reason, it didn't, I knew it wasn't like, true to me. I knew I always wanted to get back to this and I go back into like personal development and make that a core thing in my business.

52 But again, I came to a point where I was forced into it. It's interesting how God works, right? I started this podcast. It grew really quickly. We did it in live event format. By that third event, we had like 200 people at these live events and there was no marketing. It was funny. The marketing guy that didn't do any marketing for And so I was working with an agency at this whole time. And we're working, like I said, working with some really cool brands. I just wasn't into it. And then I also, you know, kind of strategically set up some systems that allowed me not to work as much in that so that I could focus on this. CEO didn't think that was so clever. So... He fires me a week before our event when I was planning to unveil Vision Espresso for the very first time.

41 And I mean, I was coasting too because we were doing pretty well. And I was like, oh, this is a great system. Not working much. Get to work on my passion. Yeah. But he's like, no. And so I just had that like it was that moment where I was like, OK, it's time to it's time to full cent. It's time to focus. And that's it never feels good in the moment to say like, hey, this is do or die. But for me, it's like it's been what I needed. I'm always interested in this because the entrepreneurial journey fascinates me. And I think those of us that stay in the game all have something different. And there are multiple, you know, there are multiple important waypoints.

22 What was it in that moment that had you go, okay, great, great? I'm fired, but I'm just going head first on this deal instead of, oh, shit, I just got fired. I can't possibly go do this. I got to scramble around to find something else. What do you feel like helped you just stay the course anyway at that point? Yeah. And just, you know, I could give the answer of like when I started implementing Vision Espresso, because it was like I had the idea and this was like months prior. I had the idea immediately as I had the idea. I'm like, this is this is it because I know how powerful visualization is.

04 My challenge with visualization is I couldn't stay consistent with it. Does anyone else relate to that? Yeah, a few people. I certainly couldn't stay consistent where I felt it. And so I was like, well, how could I put together something that could help facilitate that? Almost like reverse engineering the feeling and the clarity. And so I came up with that idea. And right away, I'm like, you know, if we use technology and we use, and this was even before AI or anything like that. But I know how powerful music is, sound is, vibration is, like all these different things that can put you in that feeling. It was at that point, I was like, this is it.

46 Right away, I don't know what exactly it was, but I'm definitely a visionary, but I was just like, this is going to change the world. I saw it flash right away. I was having a conversation with a friend. Something sparked. I'm like, oh, man, we're doing this. I don't know how the heck I'm going to do this, but we're going to do it. And it's like, I can only speak from my experiences, but when you have those experiences. those experiences, when you know something to be true, when you're present, when you're grounded, whether it's God or whatever it is that you adhere to, God placed something in my heart to say like, this is it. This is for you. This is your path. This is your mission. And I was very fortunate enough to hear that whisper. And I'm like, this is it.

28 And then we launched it. And then the response was, far greater than I could have imagined because, you know, I was there sitting there. I'm like, Oh God, this has to work because this is my only, my only thing, but you know, it worked. And like the crowd went wild, you know, we had a bunch of people we sold out right away and, It's not been a smooth sailing from that point, but it just showed me the proof of concept. And then when I saw that, it was like, all right, well, it's hard to deny this. We've got that proof of concept. It's just we just have to figure out how we're going to build this all out. But I know the idea is there. So when I saw that, felt that, and experienced that, it's like, I can't not do it. It's just game on.

08 You know, one of the things that I want to highlight, first things first, you guys, we talk about this a lot that, you know, we have to be willing to kind of check ourselves a little bit and ask ourselves the honest question about, is the entrepreneurial game really for me or not? And one of the things that he just said that I would say goes right alongside with knowing that the entrepreneurial game is for you is when you can utter the words, we're going to do this. I don't know how, but we're going to do it. The normal person gets wrapped up in the how. They think they want to do something. And then we just get so wrapped up in the how that we won't move forward.

49 We get paralyzed by the how. The true entrepreneur goes headfirst in the flaming building going, I don't know how this is going to work, but we're going to do it anyway. I love that, man. And I think one of the other things too that I want to reflect about the story is that I think there are so many times in life and in business where God, universe really just clears the path for us. We always think that we know exactly how things are going to happen. Like you were saying, like, man, this is great. I'm just coastal. Right. God's like, oh, yeah, you know what? You don't need this distraction anymore. Let me just get rid of that so that you can go all in on your deal.

34 That's powerful. That's powerful. And bravo for leaning into it. So what was I'm curious about this. What was, why do you think right now, why was the, why is this timely now? What are, what, what are the things that we're facing right now in society, in our lives, in our businesses and technology and all of the things that make this so timely right, right now? Does anyone feel like there's an overwhelming amount of input right now? I've been kind of dialed in our, I went to a workshop last week and helped me dial in my messaging even more, but it just helped me understand the pain point that we're solving.

21 How many people have unread books on their audible? The stack of shame. How many people have typically over like 10 tabs open on their browser? Brooke Bishop for the win. Now, and like, how often do you find yourself on Instagram, TikTok, social media for hours, even when you didn't even plan on that? Right. We are so bombarded more than ever. And then AI is accelerating just everything. Right. I, uh, I heard this a while back, but I actually wanted to look it up today because, uh, I realized how important it is.

07 They did a study at UC Irvine that says anytime you're distracted, it takes an average about 23 minutes to get back on track. And so look at it like this. They're talking about a distraction is like when you're distracted, watching a presentation or something and a text message comes in and you don't even like pick it up and answer it that's what a distraction is to them and in order to get back on track it takes you an average of 23 minutes okay so that's just on the like the bare minimum side right so let's just think about that do you does anyone think that they maybe get distracted maybe five times a day So let's think about that.

51 If that's five times a day, 23 minutes on average, that's what? Like almost two hours of time you wasted? Yep. 10 hours a week, 500 hours a year. Add that to your team. You got 10 team members. That's 5,000 hours. So I talk about turnover as the biggest expense, having that kind of distraction in your organization or just within yourself. But then those people falling off, having to rehire, it's a huge deal. It's more than ever. Arguably, in my opinion, it's the biggest deal. I was talking with Ryan last night. We had a great conversation. And we're like, I think about first principles a lot.

33 It's like, what's that one decision that's going to unlock the next thousand decisions? And so that's why I really believe in vision is because it's the first principle. It's the thing that's going to guide every other decision. It's the metaphorical decision. surfboard that allows you to surf the tidal wave of AI that's coming in. Otherwise, you just get swept underneath it. And, you know, I was having a conversation last night too about like, how challenging it is for kids right now. Oh my gosh. Especially in those, those phases. Like I know when I was growing up, I didn't know what I was going to do. Let alone like having, I didn't have social media to deal with. I didn't have AI. Like all these things are app flying political stuff. Like all the crazy stuff, Charlie Kirk recently.

15 Like if you're not clear on your vision, not intentional with how you're living your life, it's like how, I don't understand how you could do it without being very clear. And then even on top of that, like, You come to events and these events are amazing. There's a lot of information. It's like, what do you decipher? What do you take from it? What do you take action on? But when you do have a vision, when you are clear and when you are intentional, it's a decision making framework. You know what to say yes to. You say what to say no to. You're very decisive. And you have strong boundaries. Yeah. It's your filter. I love that. And I agree with you 100%.

55 I think that living on purpose is more important today than it's ever been. I agree with you 100%. So speaking of framework, I don't want to talk about vision in such a nebulous way that people maybe don't understand exactly what we're talking about, because I think there are a lot of different ways that we could look at or define vision. So what's sort of the framework that you put around vision? How would you explain that? I really love to talk about it as its intentionality. It's not just like, it's pie in the sky. I'm going to be driving the Lambo. It's really funny when people go. Why are you bagging on my Lambo? It's interesting when people come in and they do their vision espresso.

39 And usually some of the first ones are like more of the surface level stuff. And as they continue to get deeper and deeper, it's more about how do they want to show up in life? How do they want to embody their highest self? Yeah. I talk about this a lot where it's like, hey, I wanted the Lambo. I wanted the fly private, all that stuff. And then, you know, their second one or the third one, it's like, I want to live intentionally. I want to operate in an authenticity. I want to stay true to who I am. And, you know, I heard a quote a while ago and it was when you live intentionally, nothing is random. Yeah. It's a writer downer. Yes. It's a writer downer. Yep. When I heard that, it just, it changes the trajectory of my life because that's, I shared this on a panel we did like a month ago.

27 And I said that two things that have drastically changed my life are getting around amazing people and living intentionally. And then being just generally being grateful as well. But that intentionality piece is that when you, when you decide on the type of person that you want to be, you decide on the type of life that you want to live. There's no accidents. Yeah. Right. There's no accident that we're sitting right here. You know, this has been a vision of mine for a long time to speak all stages. God put that in my heart too. And it happened. Right. And I can't, it can be anything as small as like, I wanted to, you know, elevate my health and do more sauna and cold plunges. And then like a couple of weeks later, I was sitting in a steady art sauna cold plunge, but it can be anything like probably one of the coolest stories that we got recently, um, A good friend.

14 She was actually a person that inspired the vision espresso quite a bit too. She was single for 17 years. She was in an abusive relationship and she kind of put off. She was going to actually start a family and have a God centered marriage, which was, that was like something that was really calling to her. And she, she wrote it off, but then she went through the vision espresso process and she sends me a voice message. And I hadn't heard from her in a while. I didn't know what was going on. She just got silent. She says, Nico, I want to let you know. She told me that whole backstory. She said, with all that said, with me writing off, getting married, having a God-centered family, that I am engaged and I am two months pregnant.

01 Oh, man. And I mean, I could go on and on. I mean, we've had people that have like 5X their business in 30. So one of our earliest clients, he 5X his business in 30 days. But it's like... It'd be okay. And you know, it's... It's just living intentionally. That's where I like to describe it so much. Because even some people are like, I don't have my vision. I don't know exactly what my vision is. But a vision could be, I want to show up with power. I want to show up present, having good conversations with people. And it starts with that. And again, coming back to my story about just starting with the small things, it builds over time and it grows. How much do you think...

41 I know for me personally, I certainly there have been times in my life where I have avoided really extracting my vision because I get hung up on exactly how it's got to happen or, you know, What should be getting in there? All of that kind of stuff. I don't have a tried. You know, there have been times in my life where there wasn't a tried and true process. How much do you think that trips people up on creating that? And is that part of why you wanted to put this together? So people had a tried and true process. Anyone else relate to that? Getting some head nods. Yeah, it was interesting when I, when I first started it, I, you know, I've been thinking about vision for a long time, but I wasn't there for a long time.

26 I was like the king of shiny objects and drum. It's like, I think even Talia, uh, mentioned like we teach what we need to learn or what, you know, we teach what we most need to learn most. Yeah. So like, that's exact case for me. Um, But my thing is that, well, two things to what you said is like, you talked about like, I don't know the how. Well, again, it's not our job to figure out the how. There's even a scripture that I read recently. I think it's Proverbs 16, 9, and it talks about how your job is to decide and then God will show you the steps.

08 And so the more that we focus on the how, it's almost like a form of unbelief. Because you're like, oh, how's this going to happen? I don't think it's actually going to go. Like, that's not faith. Like, you put it out there. You be intentional with how you want to live. And then you just trust that it's all going to happen. I didn't know how it was going to happen. I thought, like, the only way to be a speaker... was to be like a Tony Robbins dude that could go and speak in front of 25,000 people at a time and have a really powerful message. But what I realized after a while, it was like how much the message can spread after having like one conversation. And that's the power of podcasting. But like God put me in like this backwards way of like actually becoming a speaker rather than like doing the Tony Robbins route.

50 It was just starting with like a podcast in front of a little group of people. Yeah. I love that. And I think that's so disarming because it assumes that the only thing that we have to do is number one, make the decision and take the first step. Right. And I think also, I don't know about you, and I'd love to hear from you on this and what your thoughts are, but I feel like there are times where we stop ourselves from digging too deep into vision because we haven't yet given ourselves permission to do it. Yeah. I'm wondering, I mean, anybody, anybody experienced that at any point? Yeah.

32 What, what have you, have you dug into that a little bit? And what are your thoughts on that? Just not having given ourselves permission. What do you mean by permission? Yeah. Well, I think that if we think about vision and we get down to the highest version of ourselves that we want to become and the experience that we want to have in the human life that we have here on Earth, I think that... it gets easy for us to, uh, you know, to, to look internally and go, Ooh, yeah, I'm not, I know, I, I know deep down actually what I want, but I'm not sure that I deserve that. I'm not sure that I'm worthy of what it is that I want or that I'm good enough.

16 Um, I've seen that stop a lot of people. Yeah. And, uh, I'm curious what your thoughts would be on that. Yeah, I'd actually love to share this story and metaphor that really articulates because it comes down like, so there's all this conversation that we've had up to this point of like vision and casting out making decision. But really the thing that governs everything is our unconscious and subconscious beliefs. And a mentor shared with me this metaphor story that I'll share with you that shifted everything that helped me realize that everything is literally a figment of our imagination and our mind. So they do this in circuses. crazy and very cruel.

56 They take baby elephants and they'll chain them to a stake that's in the ground. And the elephant will pull and it will pull and it will pull and it will pull and it will try to get free. And it'll pull and pull and pull. But obviously it can't go anywhere. It's staked to the ground, literally. And so they do that to the point where the elephant literally gives up. And then what they do from that point on is they take the chain off and And instead of the chain with the stake in the ground, they put a rope around the elephant and elephant grows into this behemoth of an animal and onto a pole. And so now he's got a rope around his leg stick to a, just a pole could easily just rip it off right out of the way and walk out of the tent.

42 It's like the strongest there maybe in the animal kingdom. And so the reason that it won't just walk out is because now it has a subconscious belief that no matter how hard it tries, it can go anywhere. Isn't that kind of crazy? Because like relate that back to our scenario is like, oh, I can't make this amount of money. I don't deserve love. You do. It's just you got to walk out even though. But the thing is like in our minds, we don't think that we can walk out of that circle. Right. And so my takeaway and really the message that I like to communicate is that it really comes in four steps on how to do this.

23 Now, it's not going to be an overnight type of thing whatsoever. But one, you have to have clarity, right? So you got to just get clarity. And something I love to really think about is if you're having a hard time having that clarity, think about... There's a terminology that Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger put together called inversion thinking. Mm-hmm. So it's like, what do you not want? Think in the negative first. And then from there, you can just flip it and say, this is what I want. So it has to have clarity. So with the elephants, like, I want to get out of the tent. I don't want to be a circus animal anymore. So everything has to start with that clarity. Number two, there's gotta be a peak emotional experience to shift you out of that suppression, right?

09 Think about it like a trumpet or something loud that kinda like wakes it up. Cause like it's in this slumber. It's just like chilling, like it's like living but dead. Right? And so we have to wake ourselves up. And that's why like I'm big on like, when I would visualize hitting the home run, I would get chills. And that was like, that was that emotional experience. And so again, that's why with Vision Espresso, we wanted to basically reverse engineering, reverse engineer peak emotional experiences. And so going through that process is a good start. And then even on our bigger version that we have, I mean, I just did it a couple weeks ago. I've never cried so much. And we've had clients that say the same exact thing. And it's like the true that you get to what you truly know that you are for.

53 For me and a lot of people that we've helped, it brings out an emotional experience. But it's not just one time. We can have a peak emotional experience, but how do you really cement that into your subconscious? How do you get it down into your nervous system so it's not like you keep on hitting this resistance? And it's that continual message. You jump on the elephant and say, hey, you're getting out of here. You're the type of elephant that gets out of the... out of the circus. You're the type of elephant that is free. It's got to be that continual message because otherwise the negative programming comes back in and says, oh, you're not good enough. You're not getting out of this tent. You're an elephant that just stays in the circle. You're a good little elephant. And that's exactly what's happening with us. But then lastly, and you know, a few people have talked about it today is the action.

37 Of course, like this all can't just like stay in the mind and they're like, oh, you're good enough. You're good enough and not do anything. Right. It's gotta, it's gotta come down to action. Um, it has to, and I like to look at it as it's, you're giving your subconscious proof. Yes. So you're giving it proof on two sides because our brains cannot differentiate what is real and what is vividly imagined. Okay. What has anyone heard that one before? Yeah, it's really, it's so true. And that's why, that's a whole other thing of why visualization is so key. Because when you visualize and you feel it, it's real to you. So now you can have endless amount of times to reprogram your subconscious in your mind.

18 But then you do it on the other side of giving yourself proof. Elephants, right? Yeah. He takes one step. He moves the rope a little bit. Hey, look, you just moved the rope just a little bit. Look at that. You did that. Oh, look, you got the footprint. So that's why it's so important to document your wins. Hey, I made that post. Hey, I had a sales call. Now give yourself credit. That is one of the things that I can just like, that's one of the highest recommendations is just hype yourself up. Become your best friend. The person that holds you to the higher standard and also the person that loves the shit out of you. Yep. Right? When you do that and you continue to stack those wins and gain momentum, that's when things really start coming in.

02 And I'm such a big advocate of challenges or just like... 75, 90 day spreads, because now it's almost like a marketing campaign, right? We do this on a continual date or we have a start date, we have an end date. So it's not like this thing now, I got to do this forever. But if you do say, Hey, I'm going to start here and I'm going to end here, it's going to start kickstarting that belief to like resolve that belief. I'm not good enough, right? I don't deserve this amount of money. And you start shaping that subconscious to believe that you actually do deserve those things. So, Huh. So 75 to 90 day sprints and we just take action every day. And then eventually that's going to inform our identity.

43 And we just repeat that. Oh, that sounds interestingly familiar. Dude, I love this. And I think one of the things that I appreciate the most about it is that I am a true believer, along with you, that this really does come down to identity at the end of the day. And one of the things that I want for those of you, you know, that are here and, you know, watching, listening to this. We can literally go in the opposite direction. You can do all the steps and not the action and send yourself in the polar opposite direction of where you're actually intending to go. Because guess what happens every time you go do all the things and then you actually, you know, you take the steps, you do the visualization, you get clarity, but then you don't act.

36 Speaking of subconscious programming, the subconscious in the background is going knock, knock, knock. Yep. You just did it again. That's just who you are. Yep. You're just that dreamer that doesn't ever do shit about it. Here we go again. Chalk up another one. And the hard part, you guys, why I love what Nico's talking about here and why I'm so excited about what you're doing is that I think every time as an adult, it's a little it's dangerous when we're young, too. But as an adult, when you start to understand this, every time that we don't act and we have yet another.

20 opportunity to move forward and inspired action and we don't do it. I think we move, I think we move closer and closer to a hole that we are not going to dig ourselves out of. And that's why I think like this, this to me is I, this is like, we're not messing around here. It's just serious stuff on the flip side, the cool part. And what I love about what you just broke down is that this isn't like, you didn't just say, well, now once I get done with this, now I got to go like eat them. Speaking of elephants, I got to go eat the entire elephant in one bite. I got to go get my entire goal, you know, or my entire vision has to come to fruition tomorrow.

01 Yeah. It's just no. It's the little steps. And I appreciate the way that you laid that out. I'm curious, as you... Are you sure just a little bit a minute ago about some of the experiences that you've had with people? Yeah. What are some of the things that you've found in working with people on this where maybe people went in a little bit? Is there one story in particular or any that come to mind where somebody went in a little skeptical and was like, okay, dude, I've done – I've seen it all.

41 I've read The Secret. Yeah, like, okay. Yeah. and had a transformative experience when they actually dug in and did the work. Yeah. It's interesting because, you know, I have this methodology I like adhere to. It's called the woo and the do. Yeah. I love it. Because it's, you know, I was in marketing for so long. And it was just go, go, go, grind, grind, grind, hustle, hustle, hustle. And then I got so burnt out of that, that I just flipped to the other side. I went full woo, meditated all day, felt really good. Bank account did not decide that. And so it's interesting because I feel like I attract both sides.

22 I attract people that are much more on the do side. And they're more like, like, how does this stuff work? What are you even talking about? This doesn't make any sense. And then there's the woo people that just want to like stay in the flow a lot more. Um, so I, I feel like it's really powerful to find that, that balance. Um, and I think we come in different seasons, right? Sometimes we're in a do season and sometimes we're in a woo season. And sometimes I think the progression of life is continuing to find that middle ground and, you know, eventually we do. Yeah. I mean, I'm reminded of a couple clients where they were much more of the due side.

04 Yeah. And that was also a big shift for me because a lot of these people that were on the due side were a lot more successful than anybody I'd worked with in the beginning. I mean, there was a guy that was multiple seven figure at the time, law firm marketing agency. And he came in right away, and he's not the typical woo-woo guy. But, I mean, the course correction and shift, it just got him back in alignment. And, I mean, his career has skyrocketed. I mean, he's on billboards out in Phoenix. So you see him on buses and stuff like that.

46 We've had people that, you know, such specifics, they wanted to – They wanted to have a green couch in their Dallas penthouse. And he makes us a testimonial. I think it was like three months later from the green couch in the Dallas penthouse. Um, so, I mean, there's like, there's like countless ones and, you know, I guess the thing that I've realized is that like our product is very experiential. And so like, I can explain this stuff till I'm blue in the face, but there's a, there's a big shift when people experience it, especially on the, the vibro acoustic, which you guys will all get to experience that went through the process.

27 And a couple of you guys already have, um, but it's, it's pretty undeniable after you feel it. Yeah. you know, you put the headphones in, you feel the vibrations, you hear your future self talking to you. It's a pretty big shift when you hear that and people are just kind of tripped out at first, but then... you know, they listen to it over and over and over again and crazy stuff just starts happening. Like I said, it can be like little things they reconnected with their family more, or it's big things. It's business success. It's family success. It's a full spectrum. And it's different for everybody because, you know, when you are consistently listening to the person that cares about you most, your ultimate accountability partner, the person that's you're going to become like who, who else has your best interests at heart?

18 I love that, man. Well, with that said, I, I want to, I want to give people an opportunity to take action. So as some of you that are in the room right now, I've already done this. And that's, that's great. If you haven't, however, everybody has access. And if for any reason you think you don't have access to creating your vision, espresso sample, um, Um, we just need to make sure that these are done by Friday at 9 PM. Is that right? Yeah. Okay. So Friday at 9 PM. Okay. Uh, so by tomorrow, 9 PM, you just have to have that, the, the stuff done, uh, to create the sample. Um, And then what we're going to do is we're going to actually go.

03 So Saturday, we're going to actually have a group listening experience with the Vibroacoustic Bed experience and really give you an opportunity to lean into this vision and feel it and experience it, which I am super, super excited about. And, and, and by the way, I should say, since we're recording this, for those of you that are looking at this right now, and or listening to it, and you want to create your vision espresso sample, Nico, where can they go to create their vision espresso sample? Oh, we got a QR code. Perfect. Perfect. Nice. So visionespresso.co is the website you can go to where you can just scan that QR code.

47 Yep. One other thing I'll say is that I know a couple of people have already gotten a chance to listen to theirs on the bed. So we make all these custom. They're not just like mass cranking them out. And it's not just like completely automated AI process. And we're very big on quality control. We want to make sure that these are very quality for everybody. So with that said, we do need you guys to complete it by Friday at 9 if you want to experience that on Saturday. But also, if you want to experience on the VibroBet, obviously, they're like two minutes. So we'll try and get as many people in on that as possible. So the sooner that you do get it in, if you can get it in by tonight, then we'll have it available for you.

29 We'll likely have it available for you tomorrow. So just the sooner that you can get it done, the sooner that we'll have it. And the sooner you can listen on the vibro bed, which is a completely different experience. And it just calms your nervous system. It gets you into such a present state. I've been sitting on my vibro bed. You can talk to Melissa about the vibro bed. It's a game changer, an amazing company we partnered with in Harmony. And it's like really, really helped me in my nervous system. And that's one other thing that I really want to preface here is that like a vision is great and that's awesome. And just having a vision in general is amazing. But my big thing is that beyond just having a vision, it's about like really embedding that vision deep into your subconscious and your nervous system.

14 Because what ends up happening, and this is probably another thing that I could share about a lot of people that have gone through our process. All of a sudden, people just recognize a different energy on them. They walk into a room, they don't even have to say anything, and people notice something different. And I feel like that's what a true vision is. It's like when you're embodying it so much, people are just like, I don't know what it is about you, but like, I want to know you. And that's the experience that I've had a lot. And there are a lot of our clients. And that's really the mission that I'm on is I want to have massive amount of people, the whole world even, to experience what that's like to like really feel that type of energy. because it comes from listening to it on a consistent basis.

57 And, you know, with the 90-day sprints or the 75-day sprints, things like 75 hard, that's why those things are really powerful because they kickstart that proof and they help you really embody that more and more every day. And so I just wanted to share that as well. And, you know, especially when you bring this into your companies and your teams and when you have your organizations, everyone's on that type of frequency. uh, it's a game changer. And so one other thing I wanted, and I told you about this, I asked if it was okay. Yeah, please. Um, I just want to say one thing before we wrap up, you guys, I want to just say, I want to give anybody in this room.

38 This guy, any kind of block around this. I just want to invite you to give yourself permission to just take one step. Because one of the things that I want to be really clear about, one of the reasons I was so excited to have Nico come and be a part of this, honestly, is that we can stand up here and wax poetic about strategy and tactics and plans and all of that shit all day long. In the absence of this kind of stuff, it all falls flat. It all falls flat. So this is the linchpin to me. And so I want to invite you to give yourself permission to dive all the way in as much as you can.

18 And if for any reason, here's the other part. For any reason right now, you know internally that there's something that's holding you back and you can't figure it out and you can't identify it and you want to. We have three incredible coaches in this room. Okay? See Chad. See Melissa. See Andrew. You can see Nika. You can see me. You can see Brooke. You have people in this room that are here to help you. But please, I'm begging you don't leave this room with a blockage that you could potentially remove because all it's going to take, this is one step, y'all. But it's the one step that is going to actually ignite the rest of, you know, the fire.
